At MCoBeauty, we want you to love your luxe-for-less products, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics unless they are faulty.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Securely pack your unused items in their original MCoBeauty packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
